What's your elevator pitch?

The recruitment market is highly competitive, so I focus on being authentic and maintaining openness, honesty, and transparency. My priority is to act with integrity, ensuring the best outcomes for both candidates and clients.

What do you do every day?

Build relationships with candidates and clients and try to match good people with the type of opportunities they are looking for. It doesn’t always happen overnight which is why it’s important to have long lasting relationships.

Who are you interested in talking to?

Trainee to MD - it’s all about attitude for me. No matter what level you are at in the Security industry, if you have a good attitude, are keen to progress your career then I want to hear from you.

What do you like to do for fun?

Play golf, go fishing, trips away with the family (in no particular order!)
